QA1?s Proma Star Coil-Overs help you gain the benefits of coil-over shocks on a huge range of vehicles. Building a custom chassis or suspension components? Can?t find direct-fit options for your vehicle? These are for you. Available with 3" to 9" of stroke and single- or double-adjustable valving, QA1 shocks instantly upgrade ride quality and performance. The shock and included hardware kit provide quick and easy ride height adjustability to get the perfect stance. Just add a 2.5" spring of the appropriate length and spring rate to get rolling. Choose from single- or double-adjustable valving to dial in ride comfort and performance. Single-adjustable shocks work great for street cars, softening or stiffening the overall ride with one knob. , , Double-adjustable shocks are ideal for cars that see consistent track time or drivers who want to fine tune their ride quality. Independent compression and rebound tuning make this shock equally at home on the street, drag strip and road course. Choose from multiple mounting configurations. The poly bushing option includes ?" and 5/8" sleeves, while helping to reduce NVH. Bearing mount shocks minimize deflection and work well if your mounts require misalignment. Other mounting styles are available (sold separately) for T-Bar and stud-mount applications. Extended eyelets can also be used. All QA1 Proma Star shocks are made in the USA and dyno tested to ensure performance and quality. They are eligible for an industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty. Shipping Policy

All in stock orders placed before 12PM PST will ship within a day . If an item is out of stock we will promptly contact you. All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Your item is subject to ship from our facility in Las Vegas or drop ship directly from the manufacturer. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify European Turning Parts within 48 Hours of receiving your order.

Returns Policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. We cannot accept a return on special ordered or custom items. Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by 3W Distributing LLC. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the 3W Distributing LLC facility are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or USPS. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release.

Special Order Items

Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

3W Distributing LLC DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

Keep the product with its original packaging and box Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) 3W Distributing LLC will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from 3W Distributing LLC. Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.
